-In August, 2016, an Indiana jury awarded $2 million dollars to a man with a torn rotator cuff who slipped and fell in a restaurant, in Crown Point, Indiana.
-In September, 2016, a Cook County jury awarded a $900,000.00 verdict for a 95 year old man who was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street.
-In 2013, a Hammond, Indiana jury awarded a $2.7 million dollar verdict which is the largest dental medical malpractice verdict in the history of the state.
-In 2013, a Valparaiso, Indiana, jury awarded $2.6 million dollars for a facial injury due to a surgical mistake.
-In 2012, a Cook County jury awarded his client $1.9 million dollars for someone injured on a bicycle.
